Responsibilities: Develops, translates and communicates the Country and Corporate strategy for the Country CDO Units and manages its implementation in accordance with long term and short term CDO business plans. Supports, directs and leads local CDOs across the country to ensure resources and infrastructure are developed to meet present and future demands of the marketplace as defined by Country and Corporate CDO Strategy. Guarantees CD equipment and services availability through the proper CDO organization in each territory across the country. Ensures BP commitments on budget, headcount are delivered supporting long term sustainability. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: University degree; 3+years experience in the area of people/process management; English is a must: spoken English sufficient for working relations; People development focus; Ability to lead and manage changes.
