Main accountabilities: Development and implementation of an Safety strategy for the area. Development of Safety procedures and standards Identifying best practices and roll-out to all facilities Set up of structure for implementation of safety management in this area. Requirements: University Experience in EHS in Food industry. Experience or formal education in the field of Safety management Experience in auditing Knowledge of Safety laws in the area of responsibility is an advantage Leadership and coaching skills to coordinate across multiple facilities Good Knowledge of English/Russian !!!
