Client: International company, one of the leaders in cosmetics and household chemical goods Requirements: university degree; good level of English; good negotiator; knowledge in SAP; good analytical skills. Responsibilities: customer’s orders check and control (correctness of prices, assortment); delivery schedule set-up, creation of delivery documents in SAP; set logistic provider a task for picking, shipment and transportation, delivery details communication; check of goods posting done by logistic provider; tracking of in-time deliveries; to monitor and tract the deliveries of POSM; missed sales analyses, service level analyses; complains management (analyses of acts of acceptance, correction of delivery documents in accordance with acts, price corrections, penalties analyses); tracking of delivery confirmation documents flow and tax invoices flow; tracking of additional bonuses and compensations for customers; to analyze and create reservation of goods for KA in SAP; to support and maintain the availability check data in SAP; to provide customers with Certificates confirming goods quality; to support customers based on their requests; to take part in stock-taking; to support other team members to achieve team targets.
