Our client is representative office of the large international pharmaceutical company. Currently the Company is looking for qualified and motivated professional for a Business Planning Manager position. Reports to: Financial Manager Functions: Analyze region operating results and proactively identify areas of potential concern, initiating corrective action when necessary, and identify innovative ways to improve business volume and profit. Provide proactive financial leadership for the region by developing analytical and financial insight for all important long and short-term decisions. Establish and manage region financial control processes, including quarterly and annual financial planning, goal setting, and target monitoring, as well as budgetary and purchasing controls. Analysis of actual performance and variances vs. Target/Latest Estimates. Identify and analyze risks and opportunities, and provide early warnings and propose corrective actions to management. Develop of detailed Target, Latest Estimates, Quarterly / Monthly forecasts, long-term Strategic Plans (Sales, Advertising & Promotion expenses, Other Function Costs, General and Administration expenses, Personnel expenses, Headcount and Hiring plan); Requirements: University degree in economics, business or related field. 3-5 years of experience in similar position (financial analyst or budget reporting specialist). Excellent financial modeling, budgeting and control process design abilities, analytical skills. Strong grasp of IT, and willingness and ability to consistently expand IT knowledge base to account for emerging support technologies; Excellent knowledge of MS Power Point and MS Excel. Ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to regional and global officers Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and leadership skills English - upper intermediate.
