Responsibilities: Develop strategies to strengthen core business metrics: i) Stronger trial generation behind new/existing products, ii) Generate stronger repeat purchase, iii) Increase loyalty (share of requirements), iv) Generate trade-up to higher ASP products, v) Increase both household penetration and penetration into new channels Actively participate on Go-To-Market launch teams, recommending & implementing GTM shopper strategies by Retail Environment as part of the Go-to-Market process Provide strategic shopper insight/shopper marketing feedback early in the new product bundle development process Work collaboratively with customers by providing shopper insights expertise/recommendations that maximize sales & profitability of category and C-P-products Measure ROI for all in-store consumer activities and develop strategies to maximize Actively develop and test innovative Shopper Marketing techniques and vehicles, i.e. In-Store Media, Partnerships, consistent communication from home to in-store. Identify new program opportunities and manage the conceptualization of in-store 360 marketing techniques: shelf signage display materials/communications/locations connecting consumer communication from the profession to the store special packs engaging shoppers in-store in completely new & different ways (including experimentation) develop robust measurement techniques Advise, counsel and direct subordinates in the formulation of retail-specific 5 P strategies and programs Request and apply shopper insights that enhance effectiveness of retail-specific 5 P strategies and programs Recommend and manage optimal special pack portfolio by brand Keep senior management informed of problems and opportunities with sufficient lead-time to impact decisions.
