Responsibilities: Develop, lead and implement cost efficiency projects and sourcing initiatives Deliver significant competitive advantage through the development of supplier strategies, generation and management of national supply arrangements for designated Commercial goods and services Leverage country & zone Commercial opportunities (e.g. scale/volume) Conduct price benchmarking and fact-based negotiations Develop and implement cost effective solutions Keep constant contact with internal customers (Marketing, Sales mostly) to support them with clear identification of the requirements Develop, negotiate and implement Service Level Agreements with selected suppliers to promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation Drive more effective performance measurements: Ensure better value for money Developing and implementing the most cost effective procurement processes, measurements and controls to achieve lowest total acquisition cost and balance the requirements of internal customers, procurement and audit Lead target setting project and establish tools for results tracking (communicate, negotiate and track targets for buying, planning, value added) Lead supplier management pillar: selection, evaluation, relationship management, contract management Others: Investigate opportunities for payment terms improvement Conduct competitive analysis Use best practice for yearly selection of vendors (pitch, briefing process, remuneration system, KPI, etc.) Train, benchmark and share best practices to local organizations on fee, costs structure, bonus, rebates, benchmarks, etc. Participation and challenge in budgeting process for Commercial Category Manage the risk which exists whenever the company contracts for goods and services with suppliers and service providers Manage and develop the Commercial team (Zone/Local level) Assist in the development and implementation of the electronic procuring platform (SRM) Suppliers’ development in line with requirements Suppliers’ evaluation and management Keep all contracts for the supply of Commercial goods and services under review to ensure that they are being carried out effectively and renegotiate terms where necessary Act as the company’s adviser on all matters relating to the Commercial category Conditions: University degree in finance/marketing Over 3 year’s progressive experience in Procurement and Management, preferably with an International Leading FMCG Company. Marketing Experience is a big plus Knowledge of both Russian and International Contractual law would be an advantage Strong leadership skills Applied economics, finance, supply chain and commercial awareness Strong negotiation and communication skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Advanced PC and presentation skills Good command of English Тип занятости Полная занятость, полный день
