Support in Marketing process: Product seminars and exhibition preparation support Promotion literature archive maintenance Competitors data collection from the markets and submitting to Marketing of the HUBSupport in Sales Funnel Management Process Sales Opportunities/ Projects list maintenance in format defined in the HUB. Regular and on request updates reporting to Distributor Manager.Support of Sales Opportunities/ Projects Development- Support in Budgetary Quotes and pre-calculations preparation according to Business Line rules Support to BLs in System/Products specifications fine tuning for the project according to BL rules Support in clarification of technical/medical questions related to BL equipment- Support in communication and information collection from PM, SC and CS during opportunities/project development phase for respective BLSupport Distributors in preparations to Tenders End Users sales inquiries handling- Distributors sales inquiries handling Support to BLs and DM in Russia State authorities sales inquiries handling including budgetary quotes requests Letter of authorization preparation for Distributors on request of Distributor Manager (DM) Provisioning of registration and certification documents per tender requirements- Provisioning of Customer Services confirmation letters per tender requirements Provisioning of other reference documentation per tender requirementsSupport in Order Placement Process Your Profile: Customer centric and Process orientated Good team member, good communication skills Stress resistance, ability to work in time pressure environment Good analytical skills and business principals knowledge Good command of written and spoken English and Russian Basic knowledge of medical products for the Modality.
