International FMCG company Purpose of Job: To manage maintenance and improvement activities within the factory To provide safe, reliable and efficient equipment operation through people development, planned (preventive and conditions based) maintenance, costs optimisation and continues improvement To plan of overhaul and exchange of obsolete equipment Principal Responsibilities: Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment on plant Deliver the Operational Excellence and financial targets Developing multi-skilled associates, maintain a well-trained staff People management (People empowerment, motivation, training and continuous development, Team building, Coaching,performance evaluation system development) Change management and continuous improvement Define store policy, materials supply management Budget control Requirements: Technical University degree Experience in manufacturing or maintenance management 3-5 years Knowledge of technical related disciplines and engineering experience. Maintenance experience highly desirable Ability to plan, organize and manage large-scale projects Action andresult oriented Can use various managerial techniques Communication skill English - intermediate level Тип занятости Полная занятость, полный день
